Rate Information:

NIGHTLY RATES $75 per person Minimum $500/night (MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS). MAXIMUM $1000/Night
one time departure cleaning fee of $250 to all rates
Check in at 4 pm, check out by 10 am.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 15 PERSONS.
SPECIAL PARTY RENTAL RATE!!! ALL GUEST NOT REGISTERED, BUT USING THE FACILITY ON A
DAILY BASIS WILL BE CHARGE $20 EACH AND BILLED TO THE OVERNIGHT GUEST,ONE DAY
PARTIES UP TO 50 GUEST $1000 Additinal Persons will be sharged $20 per day
All rates are subject to local & state taxes.

  Cancellation Policy
We require a non refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation insurance is available for an extra 6% which is only payable in extreme emergencies. Excessive clean up or damage will be charged to your credit card or billed to you for our actual cost. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
